1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unique Proxies ("UNP," "we," "our," or "us") at app.uniqueproxies.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

UNP provides residential proxy bandwidth for legitimate internet access. Our service includes proxy generation, traffic routing through residential IP addresses, and proxy quality filtering tools. We offer multiple service tiers (UNP, UNP Premium, and UNP Private) with varying features and pricing.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account via Discord OAuth to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and proxy keys. You must not share your account access or proxy credentials with unauthorized third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use UNP proxies to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
• Scrape or harvest personal data in violation of privacy laws
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures or abuse our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute proxy access without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Billing and Payments

All purchases are one-time payments for bandwidth allocations. Prices are listed in USD and are charged at the time of purchase via Stripe. Bandwidth does not expire but is consumed as you route traffic through our proxies.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect previously purchased bandwidth.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of proxy bandwidth (consumed upon use), refunds are generally not available for bandwidth that has been partially or fully consumed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased bandwidth, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

Unused bandwidth from purchases where no traffic was routed may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Proxy performance depends on upstream providers, target website behavior, and network conditions. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party websites or services accessed through our proxies.

8. Limitation of Liability

UNP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused bandwidth is forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via our Discord server.
