When you use Unique Proxies, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address, Discord username, and Discord user ID (provided via Discord OAuth)
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers
• Usage data: Bandwidth consumption, request counts, session activity, and proxy performance metrics
• Technical data: IP addresses used to connect to our gateway (for authentication and abuse prevention)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our proxy service
• Process payments and manage your account
• Track bandwidth usage for billing purposes
• Monitor service health and performance
• Detect and prevent abuse of our service
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Supabase: For database hosting and authentication
• Discord: For OAuth authentication
• Upstream proxy providers: Your proxy traffic is routed through third-party residential proxy networks. These providers see the traffic routed through their IPs but do not receive your account information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL, US region) and Railway (application hosting). We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), HMAC-signed proxy credentials, row-level security policies, and timing-safe authentication comparisons.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking pixels. No data is shared with advertising networks.

6. Proxy Traffic Privacy

Our proxy gateway processes HTTPS traffic using CONNECT tunnels. We cannot see the content of encrypted traffic — we only observe the destination hostname, connection timing, and byte counts for bandwidth tracking and session management. We do not log, store, or inspect the content of your proxy traffic.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Session activity and bandwidth logs are retained for 30 days for analytics purposes. Payment records are retained as required by law. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing (by closing your account)

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
